No one ever told us that true healing starts with the nervous system

As a chiropractor, I’ve spent years helping women who are doing all the ‘right’ things - eating well, exercising, and trying to relax - but still feel overwhelmed and burnt out

With over eight years of experience, specialising in women's health, pregnancy and paediatrics, i've seen first hand how the pressures of modern life can affect us all. Of course it was my own personal health challenges that sparked an interest in women's health - burn out, anxiety, hormonal imbalances leading to cycle issues, eczema, gut issue and more. Feeling hopeless and overwhelmed, I have been in your shoes!

Alongside extensive post-graduate studies within chiropractic, I have completed further studies focusing on a holistic approach to female hormonal health - gaining a deeper understanding of the female body, cycle specific challenges and the complex interplay of hormones.

It is my firm belief that if women can get in tune with their bodies it can be their superpower. It's so empowering to cycle intentionally through each phase of the menstrual cycle, understanding what your body needs to thrive. Although important, no amount of lifestyle changes can make up for the effects of a stressed out nervous system - and that's why it's the focus of my work.

A key aspect of my work is encouraging balance - what is life if it's not fun! With a unique approach to find your flow, it all starts with a balanced nervous system. We experience life through our nervous systems - like an electrical circuit too much stress can cause us to burn out. Through my studies, clinical experience and personal journey I'm excited to help you regulate & restore so that you too can thrive in our modern world

get to know me

Based in central London, I've really had to work hard to find that balance. Outside of my professional work you'll often find me searching for zen in some kind of yoga/pilates studio, getting my steps in listening to a podcast, travelling or spending time with friends. If not I'll be working on our side hustle candle business!
